PTFE lined electric control valve feature
PTFE lined electric control valve is composed of electric actuator,straight through single seat PTFE (PTFE,FEP,PFA is for option) Lined structure. PTFE lined electric control valve contacted with the corrosive medium adopts the corrosion-resistant, anti-aging PTFE high pressure lining fluorine plastic process.PTFE lined electric control valve is capable of controlling the flow of acid, alkali, aqua wang and other highly corrosive media, toxic volatile gas and liquid media.Therefore, PTFE lined electric control valve is widely used in chemical, metallurgy, medicine and other industries.
PTFE lined electric control valve Features as below:
1. Good corrosion resistance: the inner cavity of PTFE lined electric control valve body, core, seat are lined with 3mm thick fluorine (PTFE,PEP,PRA) , which can withstand strong corrosive fluid.
2. Good sealing performance: double sealing with PTFE bellows and packing.
3. The leakage quantity is little, because the PTFE lined electric control valve core and seat are soft seal, leakage was far below the national Ⅳ level standard.
4. High adjustment accuracy: PTFE lined electric control valve adopts precise and small pneumatic and electric actuators, small in size and light in weight.
