PFA lined pneumatic control valve is composed of pneumatic diaphragm actuator,straight through single seat PFA (PTFE,FEP,PFA is optional) Lined structure.PFA lined pneumatic control valve contacted with the corrosive medium adopts the corrosion-resistant, anti-aging PFA, the high pressure lining fluorine plastic process.PFA lined pneumatic control valve is capable of controlling the flow of acid, alkali, aqua wang and other highly corrosive media, toxic volatile gas and liquid media.Therefore,PFA lined pneumatic control valve is widely used in chemical, metallurgy, medicine and other industries.
PTFE lined pneumatic control valve features as below:
1. Good corrosion resistance: the inner cavity of PFA lined pneumatic control valve body, core, seat are lined with 3mm thick PFA (PTFE,PEP,PRA is optional) , which can withstand strong corrosive fluid.
2. Good sealing performance: double sealing with PTFE bellows and packing.
3. The leakage quantity is little, because the PFA lined pneumatic control valve core and seat are soft seal, leakage was far below the national Ⅳ level standard.
4. High adjustment accuracy: PFA lined pneumatic control valve adopts precise and small pneumatic and electric actuators, small in size and light in weight.
