Pneumatic segmented ball control valve feature

Pneumatic segmented ball control valve is composed of V-notch ball valve、actuator and other accessories. Pneumatic segmented ball control valve  utilizes compressed air forcing stem to drive the ball rotating 90° in the body, achieving fully open to fully closed. Pneumatic Wafer Segmented Ball Valve with V-Port

A wafer valve with modulating control, uni-body construction and V opening available in sizes from 1-1/2″ to 8″ in a direct mount design ANSI 600.

The specially designed compound V opening provides precise equal percentage flow control with small incremental opening in the lower end of the valve rotation and high flow capacity in the upper end. The nearly wide open at full open, along with recessed bearings virtually eliminates plugging/clogging of the valve.
