YZ11X pressure reducing valve working principle
The outlet pressure of the branch reducing valve acts on the bottom surface of the diaphragm and the bottom surface of the valve disc. When it is greater than the set value of the spring, the spring is compressed to make the valve disc close. As long as there is no water flowing downstream, the outlet pressure will basically remain at the set value (the change amount is 8% of the change amount of the inlet pressure); When water is used downstream, the outlet pressure drops and the spring pushes open the diaphragm to open the pressure reducing valve. After continuous flow of water for a while, the opening of the pressure reducing valve produces a self-damping effect, so that the opening and closing action tends to be stable.
Possible failure causes of the YZ11X pressure reducing valve
1. Frost damage, in cold areas should pay attention to heat preservation.
2. The water flow direction is installed incorrectly, the pressure reducing valve becomes a check valve, and the outlet pressure is 0.
3. The spring is too tight to close, and the pressure reducing valve will go through P2=P1.
